Terms of Service

By uploading a video to SewerVision or using sewerinspection.org you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

SewerVision is an AI-assisted tool that analyzes sewer inspection footage and produces an annotated MP4 and PDF report. The service is currently offered free of charge during an open beta.

All detections, classifications, and report content are model predictions. They are intended to assist a qualified inspector, not replace one. Decisions about repair, replacement, condition reporting, or pricing must be made by a licensed inspector or contractor reviewing the original footage.

• Upload only video you have the right to process.
• Don't attempt to overload, disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don't upload content that is illegal, infringing, or contains personal information unrelated to a sewer inspection.

You retain ownership of your source videos and any derived outputs (annotated MP4, PDF report, screenshots). We grant ourselves only the rights necessary to operate the service (store, process, return).

The service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that detections are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. Beta-quality output should be treated accordingly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SewerVision and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date.
